User content

You own your trip content. AdventurePDF only processes it to operate the service, not to sell or train AI.

Policy documents

  • Terms of Service covers account rules, User Content ownership, acceptable use, payments and billing, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law (Ontario, Canada), and how we notify you of changes.
  • Privacy Policy covers what information AdventurePDF collects, how it is used and stored, which third-party providers are involved, cookies, security measures, retention periods, and how to make data requests.
  • Use the contact page for account questions, billing disputes, data requests, or legal notices. We aim to respond within 2–5 business days.

What AdventurePDF is and is not

  • AdventurePDF is a trip-planning and guide-export tool. You organize stops, write itineraries, and produce printable PDF field guides.
  • It is not live navigation, an emergency service, a booking platform, or a source of weather, medical, legal, or road-safety advice.
  • Always verify trip details — hours, reservations, road conditions, border requirements, access rules, and local regulations — before you travel.

Exported guides

  • Exported PDFs may contain trip names, stop details, notes, dates, maps, and other personal travel information you entered.
  • Your guides are private by default. We do not share them without your explicit action.
  • You control where your exported files are stored, printed, or shared. Review your guide before distributing it.
