Terms

Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using AdventurePDF, you agree to these terms. They explain your rights, our responsibilities, and what AdventurePDF is and is not.

Effective June 17, 2026

Trip accuracy

Verify hours, bookings, roads, closures, weather, and safety conditions before you travel. We are a planning tool, not a live data source.

Guide exports

Exported PDFs are planning keepsakes, not live navigation or emergency information. Always double-check details before travelling.

Your content

You own your trips and notes. We only process them to run the product and never to train AI models or sell data.

Details

These sections summarize the main boundaries for visitors, account holders, and people exporting trip guides.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a binding agreement between you and AdventurePDF ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing adventurepdf.com, creating an account, saving a trip, or exporting a guide, you accept these Terms. If you use AdventurePDF on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What AdventurePDF is

  • AdventurePDF is a trip-planning and guide-export tool. It helps you organize stops, write itineraries, and produce printable PDF field guides.
  • It is not a live navigation system, booking platform, emergency service, weather service, road-condition monitor, or source of legal, medical, or safety advice.
  • You are responsible for confirming all trip details before you travel — including opening hours, reservations, road conditions, border requirements, access rules, local regulations, and entry fees.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use AdventurePDF. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if your account is misused, poses a security risk, or violates these Terms.

Your content

  • You own the trip names, stops, notes, itineraries, route details, and other material you create in AdventurePDF ('User Content').
  • By using AdventurePDF, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, format, preview, export, and support your User Content solely to operate the service.
  • You represent that you have all rights to User Content you add and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights. We do not use your content to train AI models or sell it to third parties.

Acceptable use

  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • You must not attempt unauthorized access to any part of AdventurePDF, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its availability for others.
  • You must not use AdventurePDF to facilitate illegal activity or impersonate any person or entity.

Payments

Certain features require payment. Applicable fees, billing frequency, trial terms, and renewal details are shown at checkout or in your account settings. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated at the time of purchase. If a payment fails or a charge is reversed, access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Disclaimers

  • AdventurePDF is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that map data, routes, or place information will be accurate or complete.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • AdventurePDF is not responsible for travel disruptions, missed bookings, unsafe conditions, injuries, or losses arising from trip details that are incomplete, outdated, or entered by users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdventurePDF, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or travel value arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the total amounts you paid AdventurePDF in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as AdventurePDF evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of AdventurePDF after notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
